Refunds

  1. If the export we send you does not tie out — opening balance plus credits minus debits does not equal the closing balance on any statement in your pack — email us and we refund the full $19.
  2. If we do not deliver within 48 hours of receiving your files and your chart of accounts, email us and we refund the full $19. If we know in advance that we will be late, we tell you before the 48 hours is up and you can take the refund then.
  3. Before we start work, you can cancel for any reason at all and get the full $19 back.
  4. Ask by email to hello@halebook.com. There is no form, no phone call and no retention offer. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the card or account you paid with, usually within 3 business days and always within 10.
  5. A refund ends the job. We delete your files and your export within 24 hours of refunding you and confirm by email when it is done.
