Who these terms are between

Halebook is run by a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Write to hello@halebook.com.

These terms apply to a business that signs up to Halebook to run a loyalty card for its customers.

The price

Halebook costs £25 a month for each location, after a free trial of 30 days. No VAT is added. The trial needs no card. There is no contract, and you can cancel any time.

Your customers and their data

Your customers are yours. You are the controller of their details, you choose what to ask for, and you send marketing messages only to people who agreed. You can export your list at any time.

Fair use

• Give stamps and rewards honestly, and never reward a review.
• Keep your sign-in details and your counter screens to yourself and your team.
• Do not use Halebook to send messages that are unlawful or that people did not agree to.

If something goes wrong

We work to keep Halebook running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it never stops. Our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow a limit.

Changes and the law

We will tell you by email before these terms change. The law of England and Wales applies.
